Key Principles
You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to hold a tr99 account. One account per person — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via approved local channels — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Misuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting — results in immediate forfeiture and account suspension.
Collusion, arbitrage betting strategies designed to abuse bonus terms, use of automated betting software, and any form of fraud are prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
tr99 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events. Bet settlement decisions made in good faith are final unless demonstrably incorrect.

Each Member may hold only one (1) registered account on the tr99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or via associated third-party credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), active mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. tr99 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. tr99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. tr99 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered by unusually large deposit volumes, multiple failed login attempts, or other risk indicators at tr99's discretion.

tr99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 1–3 business days (WIB). Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is successfully completed. tr99 reserves the right to decline KYC completion and close an account where fraudulent documentation is submitted.
All financial transactions on the tr99 platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tr99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels:
Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Most bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are credited to your tr99 account within minutes. tr99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours (WIB). Requests submitted during system maintenance windows or outside banking hours may experience slightly longer processing times. tr99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts.
Important: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name, matching the verified name on the tr99 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

All content on the tr99 platform — including but not limited to the tr99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of tr99 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of tr99.
Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by tr99 under valid licensing agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tr99 excludes all liability for:
tr99's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Note: Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits tr99's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
tr99 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
tr99 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with unauthorized third parties. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention services where required by applicable law or where tr99 has a legitimate interest in preventing criminal activity.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by tr99. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
